Responsibilities

• Oversee the Real time Marketing team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery is provided at all times
• Listen to online conversations and analyse data from various sources to continuously create new ideas that can be used on our social media channels
• Constantly developing how we participate with and engage the community
• Quickly identifying best formats and creatives to ensure good quality of creatives
• Quickly identifying key messages and write copy for our social media channels
• Create an inspiring team environment and motivate the team members

Required Experience, Knowledge And Skills

• An impressive ability to produce original ideas
• Very good knowledge about Power Editor
• Very good knowledge about Photoshop, Corel, Adobe, etc
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Creative & Copywriter
• Proven track of record in executing well performing creatives
• Proven track record in communication analysis and data analytics
• Very good English oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
