Job description

• To ensure maximum automation of business rules on the operational system(s) for various out of hospital managed care products, namely chronic medicine management, ambulatory PMB management.
• Overall aim is to facilitate the setting of quality standards, policies and procedures (clinical and non-clinical) to improve the quality and efficiency of processes.
• To be the subject matter expert to business units in planning, implementation and evaluation.
• To ensure that users have access to system support and information on managed care policies andprocedures and changes to these in the various systems used eg managed care system, intranet, internet, etc

Experience:

3 - 4 years’ managed healthcare experience
