The Successful Candidates Duties Will Include
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and ESBD
- Supporting children academically, socially and emotionally
- Liaise and feedback to relevant members of staff regarding pupil progress
- Use excellent behaviour management skills*
- Have previous experience supporting children with additional needs
- Be confident in using effective behaviour management
- Have Maths and English GCSEs grade A - C
- Be able to drive due to location
- Have worked within a school before
