• To ensure the effective use of the relevant healthcare benefit according to the clinical guidelines. Provide authorisations in line with the
• relevant clinical guidelines or protocols. To provide information on the formularies, clinical rules / protocols and benefits per member
• to the provider

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in decision making
• Ability to assist non clinical staff when required
• To be able to respond to escalations within specified quality standards and turn around times
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Experience:

• 2 - 3 years relevant clinical experience

Qualifications:

• BPharm degree essential.
