Role Description:

• End to end testing of all Company applications as part of the SDLC process prior to deployment to live environment.

Essential Competencies:

• SQL – Database, queries, reporting
• Experience in test management tool e.g. Quality center/HP ALM
• Automation tools e.g. HP QuickTest Pro or Smart Bear Test Complete
• A track record of proven success as a test analyst in a SDLC environment
• Knowledge and understanding of ERDs, process flow charts, sequence diagrams and use cases
• Ability to create automated test scripts
• Ability to write and use SQL scripts in your testing
• Exposure to back-end testing
• Exposure to integration testing
• Ability to do web services testing ideally
• Experience in support of production systems would be advantageous
• ISEB ISTQB foundation certificate in software testing ideally
• Degree or 3 year diploma.
