MRC Core Administrator at Cummins Inc.

Job Description

• To receive, inspect and approve core returns from customers and branches and issue credits for same. To pick and pack core and arrange returns (shipment) to Cummins ReCon in Memphis and submit records of returns to Finance for reconciliation purposes.
• Receiving and inspecting core ocer the parts counter, completing GRV’s and forwarding to NPM for Crediting
• Receiving and inspecting core from Cummins Powerbuild and processing Core Credits on respective service jobs
• Receiving and inspecting core from branches and capturing onto Rascal
• Preparing physical core shipment with assistance of the ReCon Core Assistant
• Preparation of shipping documents for export (bank NEP form, commercial invoice, packing list, box labelling)
• Assist National Parts Manager with various excercises when required
• Good Communication Skills Essential
• Good organisational and administrative skills essential
• PC literacy essential
• Core identification experience essential (knowledge of parts and Core Policy).
