Efficacy and Implementation Manager at SMART Technologies

Purpose of the position

Reporting to the Director Sales, EMEA the Efficacy & Implementation Manager will be responsible for executing SMART’s strategic efficacy and implementation frameworks into key South African accounts. The candidate will also be accountable for maximizing SMART’s Efficacy & Implementation KPIs - including customer satisfaction, retention, software activations, and renewals. The Efficacy & Implementation Manager will be expected to target and prospect new key accounts for potential large software partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute SMART’s strategic efficacy and implementation frameworks into key SA GDE, designed to positively increase SMART’s Efficacy & Implementation KPIs - including pre-sales, peri-sales, and post sales activities.
• Empower those same accounts to track achievable, defined, and measurable outcomes - in order to enable best-in-class teaching methodologies, increase student learning outcomes, and lead to efficiencies in costs and other resources.
• Mentor and guide both the SMART sales team and Channel sales team in best practices for efficacy and implementation.
• Implement customer to cross-functional team feedback, in order to align strategic decision-making with go-to-market activities that result in increased share and revenue.
