    Senior Marketing Manager

    • Our client with a team of multi-disciplined advisors, consultants, facilitators and coaches are looking for a senior marketing management who will be responsible for increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition. The person needs to be digitally proficient and there will be a small element of traditional marketing.

    What you will do:

    • There is a requirement for a full-time resource to join the company to lead their marketing efforts.
    • Proven experience at marketing manager or account director level.
    • Objective of the role is to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition strategy with proven experience in both.
    • Brand strategy including positioning.
    • Communication plan (including channel selection with a strong digital focus).
    • Execution of communication plan.
    • Lead generation and database growth.
    • The purpose of this role is to increase visibility of their brand through a well thought out and planned strategy, including elements of communication, website, social media and also converting online to personal presence e.g. events etc.
    • Creating collateral that will be used in the business development process.

    The qualifications you will need:

    • Able to work with clients including CEO’s and senior executive decision makers.
    • Must have a good understanding of what is happening in the world and what businesses are facing, and be able to translate that into professional and sophisticated communications.
    • Digitally proficient.
    • Results driven.
    • Well-read with a world view on some of the complexities that the world is currently facing.
    • Writing ability considered an asset.
    • Although this is a full time permanent position, it is a flexible environment, where one is able to work from home on certain days, as well as work around actual working hours e.g. work a 10-6 day if required.
