Areas of Core Competence

• Financial background in sales (pref sold ad space for financial type publications but not essential.
• Selling advertising space.
• Striving to meet target every month.
• Servicing existing client base and building new business relationships by means of face to face visits.
• Prospecting and developing potential clients for the publication.
• Attend product launches, exhibitions and conferences where applicable.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure that the publication meets a standard to be proud of.
• Ensuring sales and material deadlines are met.

Requirements

•  Attend sales meetings with clients
•  Experience in magazine advertising sales
•  Own transport
•  Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
•  Be available to travel (when necessary)
•  Willingness to go the extra mile
• Valid ID and South African driver’s license.
