Responsibilities

• The primary function of an Application Specialist is, by having a sound knowledge of the software module/s, to troubleshoot and resolve problems that have been logged by the customer within the defined service level agreements. Must be prepared to travel.

Education & Experience

• A Tertiary Health Care qualification or Financial Qualification
• 3 Years Working Experience
• Experience in software applications support work
• Must be based in Pietermaritzburg
