Manager Distribution & Sales II at Pioneer Foods

Job Description
Pioneer Foods seek a suitably qualified Manager Distribution and Sales II at their Essential Foods, Aeroton Bakery. The successful candidate will plan and co-ordinates the work of sales representatives in a given area, co-ordinates the dispatch of goods to customers, retail outlet, and other channels in conjunction with the sales order, warehousing and transport departments of a large size operation. Liaises between sales, distribution, and manufacturing on the availability of products. Normally reports to a Unit Manager.

SPECIFIC OUTPUTS:

• Analysed sales forecasts and competitor activities.
• Formulated and managed plans ie. volume, price and promotions.
• Managed internal and or key account and or 3rd party and or agents performance.
• Optimised stock management of final goods.
• Managed equipment and vehicles incl crates, pallets scales and forklifts.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Must have 6 - 8 years relevant experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree - NQF 8 qualification.
