- Recruitment of identified entry level and other positions.
- Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner with coordination of recruitment for professional and other
positions. - Provide support and assist execution of ad-hoc HR projects as well as administration.
- Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
- File documents per procedure.
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
- Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Comply with work rules, standards and methods and take care to minimise waste while identifying possible
cost savings.
Technical Skills And Experience
- 3 year€™s Bachelor€™s Degree in Industrial Psychology /Human Resources / Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 2 -3 years HR Generalist across functions.
- A driver€™s licence code B.
- Microsoft office intermediate level
