The successful candidate will report to the Senior Business Analyst and must have a BCom or equivalent qualification coupled with at least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate blueprints of Business Processes;
• Suggest improvements in Finance processes/systems;
• Design and Implement Process and System Controls;
• Adhere to project deadlines and deliverables;
• Assist in Project Planning;
• Lead testing efforts;
• Initiate and follow through on issue resolution;
• Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards;
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles;
• Business Requirements Definition: Work closely with the business (Key business users on all levels) and BI development team to define the Business requirements and translate them into specifications;
• Knowledge of Data warehouse, Information management and decision support concepts;
• Provide support for Finance systems;
• Provide training on Finance systems.

Educational Requirements

BCom or equivalent – Essential.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3-5 years’ experience working with Finance System Software;
• At least 3 years as a Systems Analyst;
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a corporate environment;
• Experience working with ERP systems.
