Job description

Purpose

Participates in the design and implementation of research studies, analysis, and client support that delivers information and consulting services to clients. May work as part of a team. Independently conducts research based on client needs and aids in decision making process based on research.

Key Task

Completes research studies within designated budget and timeframe.

• Contributes to the development and implementation of study design and interpretation of results.
• May work with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Supports the new business development process by actively contributing to proposal development efforts or recommends potential/future client/product solutions based on research.
• Prepares client deliverables, within designated budget and timeframe, including interpretation of results, reports, technical memoranda, posters, presentations, and manuscripts.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate or higher required
• Proven consensus building experience.
• Previous industry and/or quantitative work experience related to industry research.
• Previous work history with administrations, survey data, or other data preferred.
• Computer Literacy - knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages in particular Word, Excel and Access.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
