- Manage and Support Cisco HCS Platform Hardware and Software with Datacentre Components on an advanced to intermediate skill level.
- Manage, support and install Cisco HCS Platform Hardware and Software with Datacentre Components enhancements as and when required.
- Take cognisance of industry compliance requirements
- Be aware of changes in clients operational and medium to long term objectives and ICT requirements
- Understand the change in the BCX service model to a services on demand model
- Be aware of and adhere to SLA / OLA requirements
- Have a conceptual understanding of the Service delivery model

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Cisco HCS qualification
