Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure that the systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of existing business processes and technology
- Research new developments and changes to business processes and technology
- Management of system changes
- System analysis and documentation
- Proposed new developments and changes to business process and technology
- Business Process design – functional and technical specifications
- Training manual development and maintenance
- Facilitation of training workshops
- Project management
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Business degree with Analytical / Commercial subjects
- Above average computer literacy: MS Office Pro, MS Project, Excel, Access
- Minimum 3 year systems analyst experience
- Experience in Replenishment processes will be advantageous
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Programming experience or knowledge would be an advantage
- Attention to detail, sound business acumen, good interpersonal and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, results driven, self motivator and a team player
