Key account associate - Distribution

• ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Key Account Associate - Distribution. The Key Account Associate is assigned a set group of customers.
• The Key Accounts Associate – Distribution is responsible for supporting and developing relationships with key customers within the electrical wholesale and distribution channel.
• The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing and managing orders, coordinating deliveries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that key accounts receive accurate, timely, and professional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and product information.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve service and grow sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, stock availability, lead times, and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Key Accounts Manager with account reviews, customer meetings, and sales initiatives. Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing key accounts.
• Assist in identifying new customers and distribution opportunities.
• Promote new products, brands, promotions, and supplier initiatives.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Support sales campaigns and company initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and market share

Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in sales, internal sales, customer service, key accounts, or distribution.
• Experience within the electrical wholesale, electrical distribution, hardware, construction, or technical products industry would be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with an ERP, CRM, or sales/order management system.
• Experience dealing with trade customers, contractors, wholesalers, retailers, or distribution accounts would be beneficial Ability to establish new markets/ establish new business relationships and train clients on products
