3D Exterior Visualization Specialist at IGrow Wealth Investments

• We are seeking a skilled 3D Exterior Visualization Specialist to join our team at IGrow. This role focuses on crafting high-quality exterior renderings, enhancing photorealistic images of developments, and supporting concept visualization for marketing and real estate projects.

To qualify for this position, you need:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Certification or specialization in 3D visualization or rendering is advantageous but not mandatory.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Itoo Forest Pack, Pulze Render Manager, Sini Tools, Relink Bitmap, Collect Asset, FloorGenerator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop.

Creative and Artistic Skills:

• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, texturing, and aesthetics.
• Proven ability to enhance images and create lifelike, immersive visuals.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 - 6 years in architectural visualization, real estate, or a similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings, animations, and enhanced images of existing properties.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Time Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering:
• Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings of exteriors and landscapes.
• Use industry-leading software to deliver exceptional visual quality.

Photorealistic Enhancements:

• Improve and enhance images of existing properties, delivering refined visuals for marketing and sales purposes.

Concept Visualization:

• Transform architectural plans and concepts into visually compelling presentations.
• Produce animations, walkthroughs, and virtual tours to help clients envision project potential.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, designers, and real estate developers to ensure accurate representation of project designs.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine visuals and meet project needs.

Material and Texture Application:

• Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve lifelike visuals.
• Ensure consistency and precision in all rendered assets.

Presentation and Marketing Support:

• Develop high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, including presentation boards, brochures, and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with project branding.

Industry Awareness:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in architectural visualization.
