Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you will be required to manage and coach the processing team, mentor and drive performance, resolve conflict, manage absenteeism, develop succession and personal development plans. You will also be accountable for the timeous maintenance of equipment and ensuring that efficiencies are achieved above 80%.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a Degree or National Diploma in Operations/Production Management or equivalent coupled with at least 5 years production experience in a Food manufactuirng environment.
- Proficiency in SAP is required and knowledge of OHS, BCEA & LRA principles is crucial
