You will be responsible for mainly UAT testing, and you need to be the type of person who is continually trying to improve your testing skills.

You role will include tasks like the following:

• Review of supporting documentation for accuracy;
• Risk analysis and identification;
• Development of test plan;
• Liaison with development, business analysts and project managers;
• Specification of test data requirements;
• Identification of system functions for testing;
• Identification and extraction of test requirements;
• Quality review of test cases and test documentation;
• Test case development;
• Integration test case development;
• Confirmation of test environment readiness;
• Sequencing of test cases;
• Test scheduling;
• Execution of test cases;
• Logging of defects;
• Updating of test cases;
• Progress reporting;
• Defect reporting and management;
• Mentoring of less experienced testers;
• Knowledge transfer to customer and team;
• Lessons learnt; and
• Completion email / report.

You will need Grade 12 / Matric, a relevant Degree and 3 - 10 years of experience with testing. Any Banking, eBOX, EPS, Distribution, ANTS or Payments knowledge would be a bonus.
