Bosch Management Services, a member of the multi-disciplinary Bosch Holdings group of companies, founded in 1961 has an opportunity for a Unit4 Business World (UBW / Agresso) Junior System Administrator. This position will be based in Head Office – Durban and will be reporting directly to the UBW System Administrator.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining day to day system administration and security (Maintains user roles and oversees system processes)
• Helpdesk function for colleagues at Bosch Holdings using the system
• Logging and resolving calls with the Unit4 Business World Support desk
• Maintaining data integrity and relevant database system

The ideal candidate must:

• Have strong problem solving abilities and have the ability to multitask
• Have a relevant IT qualification
• Have strong Interpersonal skills
• Be results driven
• Unit4 Business World (Agresso) knowledge (added advantage)
• Have advance excel skills
• Have SQL knowledge (added advantage)
