Job Description

To perform Field Service work, including scheduled services and breakdown repairs, on Atlas Copco CMT equipmentFault find, perform root cause analysis and rectify issueTo market and promote Field Service work and other Aftermarket services and products to customers to support business growth of the Aftermarket DepartmentTo assist with sub-assembly repairs and machine rebuilds in the CMT Workshops when requiredWrite reports of cause of faults and develop preventative measureTo assist at Service Contracts with machine services and breakdown repairs when requiredTo take responsibility for the safe storage and maintenance of the company’s vehicles and equipment in your careWork well in a team to drive a successful output the meets customer requirement

Experience Requirements

• Technical knowledge of Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation Technique productsExperience in Customer Service and good interpersonal skills

Educational Requirements

• Grade 12 with suitable trade qualificationTechnical Qualification, N4 and/orN5 and/or N6
• Personality Requirements
• Good planning and organisational skillsAbility to work unsupervised at set standardsWillingness to travel as and when required in the performance of your duties and trainingValid driver’s licenceWilling to rotate shifts and work standby with team members.
