To develop, manage, communicate, & implement the optimum strategy for the Retina and External Eye Disease portfolio that deliver profitability, market share and Revenue growth in the short and long-term.
To ensure market intelligence and trends are also taken into account, in order to ensure optimum positioning to stay ahead of the competitors.
Achieve sales plan and grow market shares of the promoted products.
Profit & Loss management of brands within the portfolio. Forecasting accuracy.
Customer Focus (internal and external) .
Demonstrate and maintain sound disease with product and competitor knowledge to successfully deliver the integrated product plan and cycle strategies.
Adhere to Corporate Governance and NP4 Principles. Work closely with internal Brand Team to establish and implement the brand strategy.
Minimum requirements
Healthcare/Science related university degree Marketing qualification or experience.
Specialty/Ophthalmic experience, English preferable Min 3 years product management experience essential within the pharmaceutical market. Interactions/Networks with Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and HCP's will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape is essential. Understanding the biologic reimbursement processes and key account principles will be an advantage.
