Responsibilities:
- achieving monthly sales targets, together with the sales consultants
- following up on price list and catalogue requests
- following up on quotations
- following up on shows
- oversee that appro's are sent and returned within the specified time
- managing fitting and presentation appointments
- sending of catalogues, price lists and swatch cards
- quotations
- fitting and presentations
- inhouse appointments
- travelling and trips
- reporting required by management
- assisting customers with all sales related queries
Technical skills:
- High attention to detail, quick keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone manner
Language Skills:
- Very good command of English language and preferably able to communicate in Afrikaans where required.
IT proficiency:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to interact with staff and customers from all levels within the organization. Organisational and time management skills as well as ability to utilise initiative, be reliable and flexible. Problem solving skills and the ability to handle pressure. Excellent follow up skills, ensuring the loop is closed.
