We're currently seeking energetic and outgoing team players to join our supportive and talented team. As a BCF team member you'll play an important role in delivering great experiences for our customers who are as passionate about boating, camping, fishing as you are.

About You

As a key player in our high-performing team you'll demonstrate initiative, thrive in a fast paced environment, deliver great communication and customer service, and have sound PC, literacy and numeracy skills. Previous experience within a specialist retail environment is desirable but not essential.
