Do you want a foot in the property market? Our client is a listed fund with a portfolio of more than 500 properties valued at approximately R100 Billion This portfolio consist of commercial, retail and industrial buildings. They were voted as one of South Africa's top employers. Their growth revenue has grown more than the base market in the past year and is continuing at this trend. To this end they are currently looking to appoint a dynamic, hardworking and highly organise male to join their team in Johannesburg as a property administrator. This person will be drafting lease and tenant agreements and ensure all outstanding documents and agreements are in place. This role will see the suitable candidate as the tenants' main point of contact, handling all their queries including all account queries, housekeeping, building electrical and water issues. Reporting on housekeeping, leases, vacancies and pending offers, will form a major part of this person's role. To be considered for this role a person will need at least two years working experience in a documentation or secretarial environment, property experience is not crucial, but will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the leasing process and leasing documents. If you have good problem solving skills and are proactive, then please apply promptly.
