The Key Performance Indicators

• New business sales
• Customer retention once client base established
• Resigns of contracts / site surveys
• Customer satisfaction – Resolving customer queries within prescribed time limits
• Feedback and communication with all internal departments

Minimum Requirements

• 2 or more years of sales experience and track record in new business development
• Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly and quarterly onto a CRM system to meet target
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Good understanding of company products and service offerings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong problem / query resolution / account reconciliation skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent Customer Care Relations
• Strong accounting ability and understanding
