    Commercial Pricing Manager Health Systems

    Job description

    Your challenge

    The market Commercial Policy & Pricing Officer acts as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance team driving pricing & distribution optimisation while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Commercial Policy.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the price and portfolio updates internally and with customers as part of Market Introduction Process / (targets) Price reviews
    • Ensure price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines
    • Ensure price terms and customer investments reflect respective customer counter performance and strategic fit
    • Ensure proper functioning of the minimum price escalation process
    • Analyse pricing KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements

    We are looking

    • Post graduate qualification preferably
    • Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in the following:
    • Pricing, commercial, finance, strategic or audit role
    • Health care and or consumer products domain
    • Working in a cross functional team
    • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
    • Strong commercial understanding
    • Ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross – functional, cross layer)
    • Project management skills
    • Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands on
    • Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred)
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
