    • To bridge this gap and fulfill our mission of providing African learners access to the best universities, we are seeking a seasoned Chief School Officer (CSO) to join our Executive Committee.
    • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the architect of our schools' transformation, driving the Enko Model to ensure our growth is predictable, reproducible, and synonymous with world-class quality.

    • Stakeholder Influence: Drive change across the group by using influence management to align local school teams and central functions with new digital standards, regardless of direct reporting lines.
    • Project & Partner Management: Select and lead external providers with a high standard for ROI and delivery quality.
    • Efficiency Booster: Identify "heavy" manual processes and propose agile automation solutions to free up time for our school teams.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Methodological Rigor: A natural ability to structure complex projects, manage budgets, and set OKRs with total autonomy.
    • Full Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English is mandatory to navigate and influence in our multi-country environment.
