Specification

Core Purpose

Assisting with Statutory Planning applications and research in the Urban and Rural Planning Office.

Key performance areas

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of statutory applications and proposals.
• Following up on applications and stakeholders, to track progress and outcome.
• Assist with research for motivations.
• Assist with file management, document control and QMS compliance.
• Assist with project admin support to statutory team.
• Assist with both electronic and paper filing of documents (statutory applications related).
• Typing and formatting of reports (application and proposal related).
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and presentations.

Requirements

BTech or Diploma: Urban & Rural Planning
