Deal maker needed by global investor. Our client has a firmly placed mark on the Private Equity Investment Sector with over $8 billion funds under management to date globally. Their Investment which incorporates Private Equity, Energy and Real Estate has been established since 2004, but runs from close relationships starting since 1948. They believe in investing to light cities, power factories, build properties, serve consumers and create better ways to bank, study, learn, shop and live. They are now looking for an experienced investment banker to join their base-team in Johannesburg, but who will be responsible for sourcing and packaging real estate deals in Sub-Saharan Africa. This financially creative individual must be fully fluent in various deal scenarios, as well as cross border transactions and their associated risks. You must be fully skilled in financial modelling, investment analysis and preparing investment committee presentations. A great deal of the job will also be to support the principal all aspect of transaction origination, execution and asset management. Apply if you are have 5+ years experience with Private Equity or Investment banking, together with a CA-Degree or MBA, and a keen interest in the potential of African Real Estate
