Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager Will

• Has responsibility for implementing processes, change projects in the area and develop the detailed implementation plan, sets the expectation and gets agreement with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates necessary training for new clients on boarding and monitors post implementation performance until the operation is stabilized.
• Plan and execute customer implementation project layout and structure (project team, systems)
• Develop and execute local implementation plan based on global template
• Update and involve local management/steering committee on regular basis (progress, risks and issues)
• Develop standard operating procedures for new client
• Launch change management activities to ensure local managers take ownership prior to end-user training
• Management of local gaps and requirements
• Maintain issue and risk log
• Manage project resources and ensure that project team members understand and deliver against their objectives.
• Conduct workshops and events as per implementation plan
• Ensure a timely ‘go-live’
• Ensure project resources are fully utilized within allocated time
• Drive change management activities
• Ensure local management are coaching their employees and ensuring utilization of Kewill / MODs system
• Timely information dissemination and involvement of all stakeholders (project team, management, customers)

Who we are looking for

• Technical competencies necessary to perform the requirements of the position:
• Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in Project Management, Business Management or related discipline
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and allocation
• Knowledge of local freight forwarding business processes
• Knowledge of local applications (Kewill and MODs systems)
• Knowledge of local organization
