Are you bored? Looking for a new and exciting challenge? Then this is it! International IT Company based in Sunninghill is looking for a Global HR Program Coordinator to be the 2IC to Group HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support Group HR Manager on planning and coordination of the Global HR initiatives and it's activities
• Facilitate and become business integrator between the regional teams in communicating and ensuring sucessful deployment of the Global HR Program
• Provide research and benchmarking on best practices, recommending strategies and solutions in support of new programs or organisational relationships
• Project planning and prioritisation
• Transformation and change management
• Facilitate and manage relations within the team and external parties
• Ensure that all stakeholders have high visibility of the roadmap at all times

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as a Program Coordinator in an HR related field
• Previous experience in rolling out Global HR Programs essential
• Provent project management skills including research, planning. organising, developing and participating in and or leading company-wide across functional teams
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and identify diverse and creative solutions
• Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Organisational Development
