We are seeking a Enterprise Applications Manager, based in Johannesburg, working for a global Mining Operator.

The role exists within the Information Management Services at the Corporate Office reporting to the VP IM Services.

Accountabilities:

• Optimise global IM support for Enterprise Operations Infrastructure
• Review and align Enterprise Applications SLAs to global SLAs
• Attain SLA management
• Compliant and rigorous process management
• Incident, Critical incident, Change, Problem, Configuration, Event
• Effective management of Event management toolset
• Adherence to Change management toolset
• Applications Project Delivery
• Manage Enterprise Applications project portfolio
• Deliver projects in scope, time and budget
• Create IM efficiencies (costs and resources) - Budget attainment
• Manage Budget
• Manage Invoice processing
• Be innovative to improve IM efficiency
• Initiate global projects to further optimise Enterprise Operations efficiencies/effectiveness
• IM Organisational Alignment
• IM Perception survey

Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 15 years IT leadership track record
• Relevant degree/ diploma
• Global experience essential
• Experience in leading global IM enterprise applications
• Experience in project management
• ITIL Foundation

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge in the domains of IM Enterprise Applications.
• Good understanding of IM Compliance and Audit frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Offer:

R1,000,00 – R1,700,000 CTC (Depending on experience)
