    Digital Application Support

    Job description

    LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DIGITAL APPLICATION SUPPORT FOR OUR MOST VALUABLE CLIENT.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Online Infrastructure and Application availability is optimal by driving effective incident and customer service request resolutions.
    • To administer and support incident and fault management within the Online and Self Service operational environment.
    • Support and administer Self-Service system changes and configuration across multiple work streams. Drive world class technical delivery using agile methodology in the relevant centre of excellences.
    • Responsibilities also include testing across all digital channels e.g. System Software, Website, App and Call Centre functionality and performance monitoring on a daily basis.

    Qualifications:

    • National Diploma in IT.
    • Experience:
    • Structure Query Language (SQL)
    • Programming Skills (SOAP UI)
    • Customer Care/Telephonic Interaction Experience.
