    Travel & Accommodation Administrator

    Job description

    Department

    Head Office/Cape Town

    REPORTING TO: Helga de Villiers

    Additional Info

    Half day temp position

    Purpose Of Position

    Travel and accommodation bookings for all associates within specific company policies

    Key Responsibilities

    • Booking Accommodation- This can be in parts as guest houses sometimes must be contacted directly
    • Booking International flights and ensuring all travel documents required is obtained, including travel insurance.
    • Sending and following up on flight quotes
    • Checking if Guest houses and Hotels are rated and up to standard before booking.
    • Following up on outstanding payments and approvals
    • Doing bookings for Serveron and Qualitrol (awaiting their own agency)
    • Filing and reconciliation for Finance.
    • Track flight costs against budget from Tony and Wikus.
    • Following up and providing feedback to Tony re car rental issues.
    • All work done on Travel IT systems.

    Personal Qualifications & Experience

    • Education/achievements Matric
    • Experience/Knowledge Minimum of 5 year work experience Travel and accommodation experience

    Specific Skills

    Accuracy, Customer liaison, multi-tasking, must be computer literate
