Job Description

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Should have deep experience of SAP (SD,MM or WM) Testing in different functional areas with the focus of Leading, designing, governing the Overall Testing process of Different SAP modules.
• Mandatory to Have Global ERP rollout (GERP) experience with GERP process
• Experience in Design Governance of global application and focus on re-use and sustainability
• Must have led Design Reviews and approvals, compliance to standards and fit gap approvals
• Must have have worked with Worksoft and HPQC tools
• Previous experience of managing and conducting Test script quality assurance.
• Should have managed ownership of Testing tools Worksoft and HPQC, its access and compliance
• Should have led regression Test standards and compliance
• Previous experience on Test script conversion support, HPQC- WORKSOFT
• Should have managed the Test Scope Baseline definition in Worksoft
• Should have led and managed Testing scope and efficiency optimisation
• Mandatory to have Test environment management experience with Deployment Team Operations and Infrastructure.
• Must have managed Cutover Assets and Testing approach ownership
• Work with testing resources to drive all testing deliverables to completion
• Ability to peer review test cases, write and analyze customized reports (Macros & SQL) for test plan, test execution & Defects.

• Project Management Methodologies – Waterfall and Agile
• Automation of Test Scripts
