Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General queries.
• Alterations.
• Client and broker correspondence.
• Confirmation of previous cover.
• Follow up on outstanding policy information.
• Uploading inspection, tracking and valuation certificates.
• Telephonic quotations on existing policies.
• Renewals.
• NCB adjustments and confirmations.
• Proposal forms.
• Capturing Book Take Overs.

The Requirements for the position is:

• Matric.
• FAIS Compliant (30 Personal Lines credits).
• RE Certification (an advantage).
• 2 Years Short-term insurance experience.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Write and Speak.
• Clear Criminal and ITC record.
