New Business Manager at Netsurit

Job description

Netsurit Cape Town is looking to appoint a New Business Sales Manager. This person will report into the Cape Town Regional Manager. This person needs to be highly motivated by bringing in "New-Business" ie a hunter profile and mindset, and will focus exclusively on selling Outsourced IT "services" to midmarket and large businesses in Cape Town and surrounding areas. You have an extremely strong network. Earnings will range from R450K to R650K per annum, depending on the candidate experience and performance. Package consists of a basic salary and a lucrative commission model based on sales profitability. There is no upside limit to earnings in this role - the more you sell, the more you can earn.

• Ability to build a lead pipeline
• Skilled in the art of deal making and deal closing
• Professional, with solid experience in selling to business decision makers (eg CEO's, MD's, FD's)
• Proven track record of having sold Managed Services SLA's (Service Level Agreements) to mid-market companies in Cape Town
• Solid understanding of Business IT Infrastructure
• Skill and expertise to convert IT pains into business impact and convert this into IT managed services.
• Self motivated and self managed with the ability and desire to work with a team
• A great listener
• Very robust personality
• High degree of client focus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bcom or similar business degree or diploma
