PURPOSE: To deliver expert technical support in engineering discipline in projects and to contribute effectively to the development of Exxaro’s business growth and operations.

MAJOR CHALLENGES: Ensuring that written reports are produced and delivered to client in accordance with Exxaro standards Ensuring that the latest legislative/Exxaro requirements are adhered to with specific reference to engineering designs Recoverable hours across projects Overseeing the execution of fit for purpose engineering design Implementation of design philosophy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BEng Civil Engineering ( Essential/Minimum )
• Management Development Programme ( Essential/Minimum

EXPERIENCE:

6- 8 years Civil design, maintenance, hazard identification, risk assessment, procurement, project engineering, contract and project management - Operational(Essential/Minimum)

• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
