Credit Analyst required for a company changing the face of Joburg! Our client drives inner city investments and has a successful track record in helping potential investors become property entrepreneurs. They have an in-depth understanding of inner city property markets and are determined to make markets work for property enterprise in South Africa. They focus on projects that promote urban regeneration. A position exists for a Credit Analyst to support Loan Officers by providing day to day operations and portfolio loan application support leading to revenue growth target achievement and client service standard delivery for respective loan portfolios and new loan business. Key responsibilities will include customer relationship and management; compliance and approval; Manco meeting coordination; lending and risk management; portfolio management; and general administration. You will work with internal stakeholders including the Mortgage Manager; Loan Officers; Regions; Loan Administrators; Finance and the CEO's office as well as external stakeholders including clients; client's auditors; bond attorneys; banks; service providers and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a Degree or relevant qualification in Finance or Commerce and a minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services sector or 8 years working experience in financial or related fields.
