FiveFriday is looking for a candidate to work as a support analyst, part of an established support team responsible for providing application support for an international client.

The candidate will be required to work one of two shifts between 07h00 and 00h00 weekdays and have reliable transport.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Ensuring that second line incidents are resolved within the agreed SLA
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to the client

Skills required

• Trouble shooting C# .Net code (minimum of 2 year experience trouble shooting code)
• Communication:  Very strong verbal and writing skills (English)
• Working towards deadlines
• Identifying and reporting trends from issues logged, suggesting service improvements
• Basic SQL knowledge

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to a candidate with a Microsoft or similar qualification.

Experience

• At least two to three years post-graduation experience in a customer support role.
