An exciting graduate opportunity has opened up in our brand new Cape Town office, in Century City. As a candidate resourcer, it will be your job to support the London recruitment team with tasks such as market research, candidate interviews and talent searches. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to begin a career in recruitment or human resources for a UK based company.

This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

Salary: R18,000 - R20 000 per month

Responsibilities Include:

• Source and select candidates from various sources such as Linkedin, job adverts and social media .
• Network and advertise to potential candidates
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
