Have a relevant qualification i.e. Diploma or Comp Sci. Degree

• Cloud Infrastructure, AWS – EC2, RDS
• Wildfly / JBoss
• Docker
• GIT
• Jenkins
• Nexus
• Be energetic, self-motivated and highly creative

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid experience in coding enterprise software systems using:
• Java EE 7, EJB 3, Spring, JPA 2 etc.
• Be proficient with at least one or more of the following database systems:
• MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, Mongodb
• Be adept at Web Service protocols such as:
• JAX-RS, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC etc.
• Be familiar with messaging servers such as:
• HornetQ, ActiveMQ, OpenMQ, RabbitMQ etc.
• Be familiar with caching services such as:
• Hazelcast, Infinispan etc.
• Be familiar with java build and dependency management tools such as:
• Maven
• Be a bit of a scaling/performance nerd
• Be comfortable with Unix/Linux environments
• Experience working in Agile teams
