Work Dynamics, Consulting Organisational Psychologists has a vacancy for a Financial Accountant. Work Dynamics consults to organisations both in the private and public sector across different industries and specialises amongst others in Organisational re-structuring and re-design projects.

Responsibilities

• Keeping books of accounts iro debtors, creditors and general ledger
• Compiling monthly accounts
• Analysing monthly reports and reporting thereon
• Maintain creditors – negotiate terms of payment with suppliers and process with due consideration of cash flow
• Controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Ensuring expenditure on behalf of clients are billed
• Ensuring controls in place for accurate books
• Payment of PAYE, VAT, UIF, RSC, Skills Development Levy and Tax return
• Preparation of annual budget.
• Liaising and assisting Auditors with preparation of Annual Financial Statements.

Requirements

CA with completed articles or Accountant of B Degree plus 5 – 10 year’s
