Job description

Truworths is searching for a talented and experience Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator. The Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator will be a key partner to the business prioritising and leveraging digital content to drive results and improve the customer online experience. The candidate needs to specialize in content and have a Content Management System (CMS) background.

The role

Publish content on ecommerce site using an online CMS

Manage site performance and content management

Suggesting improvements for the site and CMS to the ecommerce team

Assisting in community management, i.e. all electronic engagement and online advertising

Engaging with site user comments and feedback

Leverage both customer insights and analytics to optimize the online experiences
Have an understanding of tools and templates to determine the best possible shopping experience for customers
This role will partner with Digital Content Managers to ensure there is consistency across the user experience and share best practices

Functional and Technical Knowledge

Specializse in content and have a CMS experience

Be involved in supporting, planning and forecasting the digital experience roadmap

Optimize the customer experience on the site while maintaining brand integrity

Uphold site standards

Requirements

Relevant teriary qualification

Ecommerce work experience including uploading and editing content through a CMS

Superior written communication skills

Technical / design literacy with respect to web development and knowledge of mobile
