Job description
The HR Regional Manager has to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programmes. Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and development of the programs, plans, policies, procedures and practices covering Human Resources in the assigned Africa Region with the aim to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals. Provide to the assigned organizations the leadership, expertise and operational support on all matters involving people, in order to diffuse ethic principles, to ensure Group values implementation in and to guarantee a satisfying and empowering working environment.
