The main responsibility TPM Managers drives the consistent implementation of TPM across the market/Region ensuring the alignment with NCE initiatives

Key Result Areas

• Strategic Preparation and Management Integrate TPM with other NCE practices (Foundations & Lean) and Functional Systems (e.g. NIMS) & CO-Manufacturing departments (e.g. NWSM, NGMP, SAM), Coordinate the support from external consultants if applicable, Ensure that TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the market vision, Communicate TPM activities and results to Steering Committee in the Market/Region, Coach Market Steering Committee in Governance routines to manage TPM implementation for business results, Communicate / report the TPM activities and results to the Cluster TPM Manager, Develop Market line Organisational Structure to manage with TPM and Develop succession plan for career develop of the Factory TPM community
• Supporting and Coaching Drive the TPM implementation by supporting the Factory Managers, TPM Factory Coordinators and Market Pillars Leaders Lead and coach the Market Pillar Leaders. Motivate and empower people through positive attitude, Support the factories in resources availability, Support the Cluster TPM Managers on organizing TPM Study Tours and Workshops, Coach the factory manager and TPM coordinator in terms of TPM, Coordinate TPM trainings at market level and cascade to the factory level and Support the planning, resources and location definition processes of the corporate training activities in line with the Cluster TPM Managers / Zone NCE Manager to close key TPM competency gaps
• Planning and Communication Lead the Promotion Campaign for TPM in the Market /Region and Coordinate / participate in defining and executing the market TPM masterplan to deliver Business needs
• Calibrating Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards and improvements across Factories within Market & outside Market, Integrate the master pillars to avoid silo working, Ensure an overall understanding of the different TPM pillars and how they integrate through the TPM master plan to deliver the improved results, Calibration of assessments and step/phase audits between factories to assure thorough TPM implementation and Ensure alignment with Reference Guide and Market Strategy
• Assessing and Diagnosing Assessment of the implementation progress/ factories

Key Requirements

• Post-graduate qualification in Engineering
• 7 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Factory experience (5 years +), preferable acting as Production or Maintenance Mgr.
• Strong Practical experience with TPM implementation (5years+), preferably with exposure to JIPM award in Advanced Level of TPM.
• Have the authority in the organization to support the implementation
• Passionate about people and display a caring attitude.
• High persuasion skills and natural leadership skills to convince people and implement the mind-set change.
• Strategical and analytical skills.
