- Execute divisional and regional business strategies at branch level
- Effective management, monitoring and achievement of the branch’s business targets
- Exercise control and provide direction to ensure the achievement of profitability and growth strategies for the branch
- Ensure sales generation at required profit margins
- Regular and ongoing analysis and interpretation of business results identifying proactive managerial intervention to achieve business objectives
- Effective people resource optimization
- Ensure excellent customer service and that the store is properly merchandised
- Procure stock and exercise effective working capital management
- Compliance with all legislative requirements
- Operate within company and group systems, policies and procedures
