Responsibilities
Job Duties & Responsibilities ：
- Overseeing the production and manufacturing processes.
- Supervising of work performance of the production team and
- Setting the standard of production to improve efficiency.
- Monitor progress of scheduled works to ensure the processing flow are adhere to.
- Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 8 years in manufacturing industry including 2 years in a managerial position is required.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to adapt well to fast paces and flexible environment.
- Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
